Your first session is a very important landmark for our new members so we want you to know exactly how we handle that session. It’s perfectly normal for many new members to feel a bit nervous at first so we have created a simple yet bespoke personal training programme to help you achieve your goals. Champneys S.M.A.R.T Start Personal Programme

60 Minutes

This session includes assessing your body type and muscle fibre balance, composition analysis and results in the creation of a programme that is tailored specifically for you.

The programme will include cardio and a personalised resistance programme that our team will create for you.
